The Twin Windbubbles from Bubblebee Industries is a set of two miniature imitation-fur windscreens that easily fit on lavalier microphones with a diameter of 0.3 to 0.5" (8 to 13mm). The tiny elastic-wire legs make it easy to mount them on the microphones. They can be used to reduce wind noise and vocal plosives in outdoor environments, and are designed to not fall off during use. Examples of compatible microphone models for this windscreen include the Sanken COS-11 (with large metal windscreen), DPA 4060 with metal windscreen and Sennheiser ME4 with windshield.

Description
The Bubblebee Windbubbles consist of an outer shell of the finest imitation fur and an inner core of nothing. And this nothing is exactly what makes the bubble so special. The air enters the bubble for a short visit, finds it rather dull, and quickly leaves again without harming the microphone inside.
So instead of the wind hammering on the microphone and making those horrible “I’m in the middle of a hurricane”- sounds, it passes right through.
The Windbubbles are specially constructed to be mounted quickly and easily on the specified types of microphone and to not fall off during use.

Size Guide
The Windbubbles will give you the best wind protection you can get for you lavalier mic. Whatever the make, shape or size of it, we have made a furry Windbubble to fit, just waiting to keep the wind out and the clean, clear sound frequencies in.
There are four sizes, with the internal 'Bubble of dead air', opening and length of fur increasing progressively with each step. If your mic fits in more than one, for example the DPA 4060 which fits with both sizes 2 and 3, you will achieve greater wind resistance with size 3 because of the longer fur, though will in turn compromise a little on visibility.
