The Stereo Windshield WS AF MS Kit is suitable for microphones 19 - 25mm in diameter and up to 190mm in length. Utilising our patented Lyre suspension technology, these virtually indestructible webs provide outstanding shock and handling isolation. The Universal Back-to-Back clips accommodate microphones from 19 to 25mm in diameter making it easy to combine different size microphones for mid-side technique.
The Stereo Windshield is a lightweight, durable basket made from flexible grey plastic netting with a screening material attached. Designed for use with the various suspensions, this system provides excellent wind-noise reduction of up to 30dB with minimal High-Frequency loss.
A Stereo Windshield Kit is comprised of the following three main components: Suspension, Windshield and Windjammer. A Connbox is not included and is available as an optional upgrade for additional isolation from cable-borne noise and vibration.
