The Softie-Lite is a slip-on windshield designed to perfectly complement the INV-Lite shock-mount, allowing for even faster/deeper boom swings indoors. Softie-Lite provides more plosive and wind protection than a standard foam. You can buy the Softie-Lite on its own, or as a ‘Kit’, complete with the INV-Lite shock-mount.

Tech Specs
Two versions of the Softie-Lite are available; a 19mm and a 21mm variant. These are easily differentiated by the different colour TPE ‘collar’ which ensures a tight grip on the mic; blue for the 19mm / green for the 21mm.

N.B. The Softie-Lite is not suitable for shorter mics like the Sennheiser 8050 or the DPA 4018. For these mics, the INV-Lite partnered with a Rycote Baseball is the way to go!
